Friday 14 October 2022 Valeria Viola participated with a TEDx at the event organised by Professor Armando Genazzani for the 15th anniversary of the Master in Regulatory Disciplines and Market Access in Novara.
The talk, entitled 'Regulatory Activities and Market Access: Chronicles from Middle-earth' was scheduled at the end of the first day's proceedings, which focused on regulatory science.
Valeria retraced the steps of the birth of market access, recounting Pharma Value's consultancy work and the change she feels it represents, interpreting the strategic figure of the hinge between the regulatory and market access in an innovative way,
He identified key changes in the competencies and structure of these departments and emphasised the importance of an excellent knowledge and continuous updating of the regulatory framework.
The Master DRMKA at the University of Eastern Piedmont in Novara has among its objectives to respond to these needs.

"There is a lot of regulation and it seems that the scope for action is very limited... you learn the rules of the game and within those boundaries you become the best, the best. This knowledge will allow you to explore what apparently seems a small, limited and regulated space with great acrobatics and creativity".
With this recommendation, which Valeria usually makes to the people attending the Master's course, the TEDx concludes, a moment of sharing experiences and ideas for the professionals of the present and future of the pharmaceutical world.
