Once again this year, Pharma Value S.r.l. presents the new Agenda 2025, a project that for four years now has represented a moment of reflection and sharing of our work and the principles and values that underpin it

The theme chosen for this edition is 'Communication and Content'.a central topic in our daily work and in our relationships with our collaborators and partners.

Writing and Content to Communicate Value

As with previous editions, this agenda is the result of collective work involving the entire Pharma Value team. Our team dedicated itself to reading books, analysing texts and selecting insights that could offer useful reflections and concrete inspiration.

The result is a path that is not meant to be exhaustive or absolute, but which invites those who use it to weigh the weight of words and reflect on the value of each message.

 

Words as a Tool of Connection and Identity

The idea of collectivity, central to this edition, is not just a grammatical concept, as in the case of terms such as 'crowd' or 'team'. A team, in fact, is not simply a collection of individuals, but a collective united by shared values and goals.

This principle also guides the creation of the contents of the Pharma Value 2025 Agenda. Every word, every message is carefully chosen, with one fundamental question in mind: how can we create content that has value?

It is not enough for us to be present; we want to build bridges, convey values, leave a mark.

 

Communication as Responsibility

Through our analysis and writing, we have strengthened a conviction: communication is a powerful tool that, if used well, can shape identities and create meaningful connections. However, the choice of words is also an act of responsibility.

An effective message must meet the needs of the receiver, while maintaining clarity, simplicity and accessibility. For this, even In our consulting and communication work, we strive to simplify without trivialising, making complex concepts understandable without sacrificing depth or nuance.

An Authentic Footprint for 2025

In the Pharma Value Agenda 2025 there are reflections, ideas and insights that we hope will accompany you on your personal and professional journey. Words, when chosen carefully, can become instruments of change, carriers of value and inspirational messages.

We wish you that 2025 will be a year of words that leave a mark, of authentic and valuable messages.

 

The Agenda Pharma Value over time

The idea of editing and giving a Pharma Value agenda to customers and partners was born in 2020 and materialised in the Pharma Value workbook 2021. It was a pilot experiment that we became attached to as people who like to share their thoughts and work with customers and partners, and we got such appreciation that it made us employees!

The Pharma Value 2022 agenda was characterised by a specific theme: 'liberated time', the time of awareness, but also of flow, creativity and fun. We wanted to create not only a virtual but also a physical space of free creative impulse.

The Pharma Value 2023 agenda was the result of a collective work of the entire team who, starting from the reading of some useful texts to stimulate comparisons and considerations, as well as to draw content, created a unique product that encapsulated in the form of quotations and graphic elaborations the topics that drive the company's sensitivity and 'guiding values'.
