The new National Commission for the updating of the Essential Levels of Care (Livelli Essenziali di Assistenza - LEA) was established by the Ministerial Decree of 5/5/2020. The commission remains in office for three years from its inauguration, which was on 28/07/2020.The President of the Commission is the Minister of Health.
