The theme of the Pharma Value 2023 agenda is 'money and value'.

This year's agenda is the result of collective work by the whole team: starting by reading some texts to stimulate discussion and content creation, we shared the topics that drive our sensitivity and our 'guiding values'.

Each person has their own vision and consideration of what is important and valuable.

Finding a commercial or relational agreement is an ongoing negotiation between our values and those of others.

We offer you not a synthesis, but a complex proposal, not exhaustive, but inspiring for a path of training in awareness and personal and relational knowledge that pushes us to ask ourselves:

• what are our values, what and how many of them do we share in our private and professional lives?
• what are our interests the activities, the services we know and want to cost?
• what do we think about savings?
• what are the mechanisms by which we reason each purchase?

Each month has a different proposal:

• challenges to put money aside;
• motivational phrases and quotes;
• reasoning schemes;

We thought of using several styles so that each person can find their own way to reflect on money and value. If you don't feel like training in any critical reasoning, the diary is still a space for note-taking, which we hope will still be useful!

"To be happy you must have time to waste" was one of the quotes from thePharma Value 2022 agenda whose theme was 'time freed', this year's proposal is a path to discover the value, economic and relational directions we would like to take in the new year.

Our wish for allƏ in 2023 is to pursue the things that matter and to keep track of them.
