Here we go again!

Once again this year, Pharma Value wanted to share its team building with a partner company, More than Access - MTA, a benefit company founded by two colleagues and friends, Giorgio Casilli and Dario Lidonnici.

When

4-5 and 6 September were the days shared by the two teams in Chioggia, south of the Venetian lagoon, to create empowering, balanced and productive working environments.

Moments of informal interaction alternated with opportunities for discussion and training on the topics of access to the drug market, the regulatory system and pricing and reimbursement strategies.

Achievements in 2023 were shared, strategies and goals for 2024 were defined, core and new services to be developed together were analysed and evaluated.
A game of beach volleyball on the beach, dinner by the pool, a trip to the amusement park, sailing in the lagoon at sunset with a visit to Pellestrina, and dinner sailing to the rhythm of 80s hits were playful interludes between the structured work sessions, in plenary and in front of the computer to define strategies and orientations, both with respect to the specific targets of each company, and in a broad and articulated context of drug governance.

Sabrina Baldanzi of Grünenthal and Edoardo Perossi of Mascherpa & Associati lent their professionalism and expertise respectively to the procurement and budgeting of a pharmaceutical company and the administration of Srl.

Both contents are crucial for Pharma Value and More Than Access who, in order to bring value within the business environment and for their customers, need to optimise their service delivery capabilities and specific management and administration processes.
